What's the refund policy?
30 days. No questions, no form, no exit survey. Email support@cirvgreen.com from the address on the order; the refund lands in your account inside one working day. Applies to every paid plan — individual plugins, Sight Pro, Schema Lead Finder.
What payment methods do you accept?
WordPress plugins are sold through Freemius, which takes credit cards and PayPal. Schema Lead Finder is sold through Stripe (credit cards). The 7-day Pro trial on plugins needs no card at all — full access on install, and it quietly downgrades to Free on day 7 if you don't add one.
Can I switch plans or go annual?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual any time — the difference is prorated. Cancel in one click in the Freemius portal for plugins, or your Cirvgreen account for Sight and Lead Finder. You keep access to the end of the period; we don't claw back pro-rated time.
Is there an educational or nonprofit discount?
Yes. 50% off any paid plan for verified schools and universities, registered nonprofits, and maintainers of OSS packages with 500+ GitHub stars. Email support@cirvgreen.com from your institutional address with one line of context. Approval is usually same-day, Dubai hours.
